In 2011, to honor the Thanksgiving seasons, Viaje released their White Meat and Dark Meat blends. In 2014, they added another limited release to their holiday lineup, Farmer Bill Hatchet. Viaje created a story around these blends, saying that Farmer Bill Hatchet raised the turkeys that became White Meat and Dark Meat. In 2023, Farmer Bill Hatchet gets an assistant, Farmhand Andre. The Farmhand Andre blend is presented here in a 7" x 52 Churchill vitola and offers a medium-bodied smoke that showcases creamy, bready flavors accompanied by spicy undertones.
