La Union is a special series made in collaboration between Tatuaje and My Father in honor of their 20 years of partnership. The cigars are only available in a single vitola, known as Prominente Especial, which measures 7.25 inches in length by 50 ring gauge and features a 109-style belicoso head. The logo depicts Johnson and Jaime Garcia’s handshake, with Jaime’s father, José “Pepín” García, blessing the union.
My Father for Tatuaje (Black) is meticulously constructed using Nicaraguan tobacco grown by the Garcia family for the binder and long-leaf fillers. The blend includes the rare Pelo de Oro, a tobacco variety known for its unique golden color and the challenges associated with cultivating it. The cigar is finished with a smooth Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.
